What you receive: clear, exportable, and traceable deliverables — designed to reduce grey areas.
VALORA does not just sell field time. We deliver a structured case file: inventory, timestamped photos, registers, reports, and documents — organized to be understandable and reusable.
WHY DELIVERABLES?
Because evidence reduces risk. In an estate, disputes and misunderstandings often arise when no one can clearly answer: who had access, what was present, what was decided, and what was done. VALORA structures the file so that these questions have simple, documented answers.
What This Protects
The Liquidator (decisions, authorizations)
The Heirs (transparency, traceability)
Professionals (actionable file)
Before / After: What Deliverables Truly Change
Before
Dispersed information
Discussions without proof (“I think that…”)
Implicit decisions
High risk of dispute
After (VALORA)
Access and key registers
Exportable inventory + indexed photos
Documented decisions
Consolidated and actionable final report
For professionals: stable, actionable formats, and a "professional file, integrable into practice"
Deliverables are designed to be reusable: exports, indexes, and structured documents. If your firm has specific format requirements, VALORA can comply within reason.
Confidentiality: limited access, sharing discipline, and documentation
Estate files contain sensitive personal information. VALORA applies a minimization discipline (collecting only what is necessary) and access control.
FAQ
Do I receive these deliverables even for a partial mandate?
Yes. You receive deliverables adapted to the scope (progress reports, inventories, etc.).
Is the inventory always itemized?
No. The method is chosen based on volume and evidentiary needs (zones, lots, targeted itemization).
Why a CSV/XLSX export?
Because it is sortable, filterable, shareable, and reusable.
Are photos always included?
The level of photo documentation depends on the mandate and sensitivity; the objective remains traceability.
Who has access to these documents?
Authorized persons in accordance with the rules defined during the assessment. Access is controlled.
Do these deliverables prevent conflicts?
They significantly reduce grey areas but do not replace the decisions and authorizations of the parties.
Can you adapt your formats for a notary or a lawyer?
Yes, within reason.
Do you keep my documents indefinitely?
No. Retention and handover terms are defined; they must be consistent with confidentiality.
Do you provide donation receipts?
When the beneficiary issues them. Otherwise, we document the disposition differently.
Can I request only the key register / access log?
Yes. It is a standalone service if the situation requires it.
